• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Working Experience: Entry level or minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Network Operations Centre, IT support, or network support.
• Required language(s): English/Malay, both spoken and written.
• Domain experiences desired: Linux, DWDM, CCNA, DNS, TCP/IP, network monitoring, troubleshooting, customer support, ticket escalation, network documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Non-Malay are encouraged to apply.
• Additional requirements: Must be able to work in rotating shifts when required. Able to support the Project & Operations team on-site whenever required.
