- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Required language(s): English/Malay (speak, read, and write).
- Domain experiences desired: Project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, documentation, reporting, process optimization.
- Non-Malay are encouraged to apply.
- Additional requirements: PMP certification preferred; knowledge of accessibility and security compliance is a plus.

- Proficient in maintaining HR records and preparing reports for management.
- Experienced in supporting employee engagement, training, and diversity initiatives.
