Dato Dr. Low Tuck Kwong
Investor / Shareholder / Chairman
Dato Low Tuck Kwong is the President Director and Founder of Bayan Group, one of Indonesia’s top five coal producers. The company is known for its integrated operations and ongoing R&D to develop more environmentally friendly coal solutions.
Beyond energy, Dato Low and his family maintain a diversified business portfolio and are the principal investors behind the SEAX Group.
Elaine Low
Key Investor / Shareholder / Director
Ms. Elaine Low is the principal investor in the SEAX Group and oversees her family’s interests across its operations. She sits on the board of several SEAX companies and plays a key role in shaping the Group’s investment and growth strategies.
She also holds board positions in the medical, education, and energy sectors, including with The Farrer Park Company, which manages Farrer Park Hospital and One Farrer Hotel.

Mr. Louis Teng has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including serving as Country Director of Telekom Malaysia before joining SEAX.
He became Group CEO of SEAX Global in 2018 and was appointed Executive Director in 2022. He has been instrumental in driving the Group’s commercial growth and expansion.
